Buxus semperviens, or Mont Bruno Boxwood, is a dense low-growing evergreen shrub well suited for hedges and borders. 'Monte Bruno' is a super hardy globe-shaped variety composed of dense tiny green foliage. Plant in well-draining, neutral to slightly acidic soil in a sunny location. Water deeply on a regular schedule until established, then you may reduce frequency. Fertilize in early spring, and prune to maintain appearance.
