Early Snowball Cauliflower is a historic variety that is well-suited to being eaten raw, baked, roasted, or steamed! This plant produces crisp white curd heads that grow 6-7" across. Start seeds indoors 1/4" deep 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Plant outdoors just before the last frost 24" apart in a sunny location, water regularly.
