Iris sibirica, commonly called Siberian Iris, is grass-like perennial with sturdy upright clumps of narrow foliage. Late spring to early summer, stalks of vibrant blooms dance above the foliage. These plants look excellent when planted en masse, and grow well in medium to wet soils in a sunny location. Although iris prefer regular watering, they are drought tolerant.
