
Lactuca sativa, commonly known as Winter Lettuce, is a cold hardy slow to bolt variety of lettuce with deep green succulent leaves with crisp, sweet flavor. Sow seeds 1" apart and 1/4" deep outdoors in full to partial sun, thinning seeds to 10" apart after germination. For a constant supply of lettuce, sow continuously throughout the growing season.
