Monstera standleyana, also known as Five Holes Plant, is a tropical climber from Central America that will sprout holey leaves as it twists up a trellis.
Care: Place near a north facing or east facing window that receives bright indirect light, and plant in a well-draining potting mix. Include some orchid bark, perlite, and sphagnum moss for an airy mix that will retain some moisture. Do not allow the soil to dry completely between each watering, water once the top few inches of soil dry and do not allow your plant to sit in water. Fertilize once a month during the growing season with a balanced liquid fertilizer.
