Anethum graveolens, commonly known as Bouquet Dill, is a self-seeding annual with prolific amounts of edible flowers, seeds, and foliage. You can use dill to flavor pickles, sauce, and even salads! Direct sow seeds in fertile well-draining soil 1/8" deep, 8-12" apart after the ground has warmed in a sunny location. Will take 45-55 days for until harvest and 70-90 days until seed harvest.
