
Picea glauce, commonly called Weeping White Spruce, is an evergreen conifer with a narrow, columnar growth habit of drooping branches lush with gray-green foliage. New needles emerge with a white waxy coating, and are aromatic when crushed. Plant in full sun in moist, well-draining soil. Somewhat intolerant of urban stressors like air pollutant and salt spray.
