
Spinacia oleracea, commonly called American Spinach, is a heat and drought tolerant spinach that is enjoyed fresh, frozen, canned, and cooked! Thick deep-green leaves are excellent in salads, sandwiches, and cooked into meals. Sow seeds every ten days for a continual supply of leafy greens. Direct sow seeds 1/2" deep and 6-8" apart in a sunny location.
