
Cucurbita pepo, commonly called Spaghetti Squash, is a historic variety of squash from Japan that bear creamy colored cylindrical fruits with spaghetti-like strands of delicate flesh. Sow 6-8 seeds in 12" diameter hills spaced 6' apart outdoors in a sunny location after the soil has warmed. Thin plants 3-4 per hill after germination.
